About Me...

As a massage therapist, I have been serving the Phoenix area for over five years working with some of the finest Spas and Salons in the Valley.

I wanted to provide my clients with an environment where they could come to enjoy not only a relaxing massage or body treatment, but to have a professional massage therapist/aroma-therapist, devote their full attention and expertise to them on each and every visit.

Body and Mind Massage not only offers a place for me to provide these individualized services to my clients, but allows them to be experienced in a leisurely and peaceful environment at a reasonable rate.

In addition to accumulating over 800 hours of education in my field, I am proud to be certified in LaStone® Therapy, and Infant Massage Instruction and strive to extend my education in order to continue to provide my clients with the highest quality and most current treatments available.

I hold Professional Membership status with the highly acclaimed American Massage Therapy Association and am currently licensed to actively practice Massage Therapy by the State of Arizona.
