Reservations:

Services are available by appointment only. I encourage my guests to schedule in advance to ensure their preferred date and time. A credit card may be required to secure an appointment.

 

Arrival time:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to complete any necessary paper work and begin to relax. Any late arrivals will be treated for the duration of the scheduled appointment time and charged the full amount of scheduled service.

 

Professionalism:

Please know that you are in a professional spa/massage therapy operation and do not expect anything other than therapeutic or spa treatments.

 

Credit Card Guarantee & Cancellations Policy:

Time is committed to honor your guaranteed appointment and out of courtesy for other patrons trying to schedule appointments, the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice for all services is requested. Cancellations or rescheduling of fewer than 24-hours will be charged a 50% fee, gift certificates will be reduced to half value and package credits will be reduced by a half session. No-shows will be charged the entire amount of the service, gift certificates will be voided and package credits will be reduced by one full session. There can be no exceptions.

 

Payment:

I accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Gift Certificates as forms of payment. Gift Certificates and  discounts must be presented at the time of redemption in order to be honored. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any promotional specials or discounts.

 

Gratuities:

Gratuities are graciously appreciated. Customary gratuity is 18-25%of your service total and is not included in the price of the service.

 

Gift Certificate Redemption:

All gift certificates must be redeemed within one year of the purchase date. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service to be honored and lost or misplaced gift certificates will unfortunately not be honored. In addition, gift certificates may not be used in conjunction with discounts or promotional specials.

 

Returns:

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, with receipt, to receive an in store credit. In store credit can be applied towards your next purchase of service or product. No exceptions.

 

Cellular Phones & Pagers:

As a courtesy to all, please turn off or silence all cellular phones and pagers.

 

Children:

Due to safety and liability issues, children 12 years and younger are not permitted. Kindly arrange for childcare prior to visiting.

 

Valuables:

I encourage guests to leave all valuables at home, as I cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
