All services are $45 for 30 minute, $75 for 60 minute, and $110 for 90 minute sessions unless otherwise noted and are available by appointment only.

Body and Mind Massage
A combination of traditional Swedish and Therapeutic massage techniques will be used to induce the highest level of relaxation and stress relief customized to your specific body needs.

Hot Rock Massage
For centuries the Native Americans have used hot rocks to alleviate pain and soothe the soul. My Hot Rock Massage will allow you to achieve the ultimate in relaxation by utilizing naturally smooth river stones and relaxing massage techniques. Hot stones are strategically placed on and under the body while a soothing massage is performed. The experience will leave you in a state of intense calm and tranquility while clearing toxins and restoring the body to a natural state of balance.

Aromatherapy Massage
During this treatment we will determine  the focus of your treatment, whether you wish to accomplish either a calming, stimulating, or detoxifying effect on the body and mind.  Herbal aromatic oils will be chosen and a customized blend will be created and infused into your treatment to bring about the effect. A specific rhythmic massage will accompany the oils and enhance the therapeutic effect of your treatment.

Pregnancy Massage
Reduce stress and promote a general sense of well being with this massage specifically designed for expecting mothers. A variety of massage techniques will be used to increase circulation, relive muscle tension, and reduce stress. Pillows are used to assist with comfort during the massage.

Infant Massage Instruction

Salt Glow Treatment

Your journey will be completed with a finishing oil application, leaving your skin hydrated and refreshed.
